Tiffany & Co. will open the first Blue Box Café in Southeast Asia at its ION Orchard store in Singapore in mid-July, occupying the top floor of the brand’s recently renovated triplex boutique.

The menu has been developed under the direction of Daniel Boulud, the chef behind the original New York outpost, and adapted for Singapore by Julien Royer of Odette. It will blend American-inspired dining with French culinary influences and local touches. The Blue Box Café concept has previously opened in New York, Hong Kong, Tokyo, and at Harrods in London.

The ION Orchard store, Tiffany’s only triplex boutique in Singapore, reopened following a refurbishment that began in September last year. The redesigned interior draws from the brand’s Landmark flagship in New York and features a kinetic light installation by British architect Hugh Dutton on its facade. The boutique also houses Singapore’s first Tiffany watch salon, private VIP suites, and the Schlumberger Gallery.

To mark the reopening, Tiffany will present Garden in Bloom, a public archival exhibition running from 2 to 12 July, featuring 20 rare jewellery and watch masterpieces from the Tiffany Archives. The showcase highlights the work of designer Jean Schlumberger, whose archival connections to Singapore, including documented visits to the Botanic Gardens and Raffles Hotel, lend the exhibition a local dimension.

The opening places Tiffany alongside a growing roster of luxury brands expanding into hospitality in Singapore. Prada opened Southeast Asia’s first Prada Caffè at ION Orchard earlier this year, and Audemars Piguet launched the world’s first AP Café at Raffles Hotel Singapore as part of its AP House concept. The move reflects a broader strategic shift in luxury retail toward immersive, experience-led formats as a means of deepening brand engagement beyond the transaction
